TERMS OF SERVICE

-การจ้างคอมมิชชั่นนั้นจะถือว่าผู้จ้างได้อ่านรายละเอียดด้านล่างและยอมรับแล้ว
-สิทธิ์ของตัวงานเป็นของผู้วาดและผู้จ้าง ห้ามผู้อื่นนอกเหนือจากผู้จ้างนำผลงานไปใช้ หรือคัดลอก และห้ามนำไปแอบอ้างเป็นของตน
-ทางผู้จ้างสามารถแจ้งให้ผู้วาดทราบได้ว่า ไม่ต้องการให้นำภาพไปลงเป็นตัวอย่างงานบนเว็ปไซต์หรือแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลต่างๆ
*-หากชำระเกินกำหนดจะทำการปรับวันละ 100 บาท โดยจะมีการทักไปแจ้งก่อนและ หากไม่ชำระหลังเกินกำหนดชำระเดิมภายใน 10 วัน จะทำการนำชื่อขึ้นแบล็คลิสและงานชิ้นนั้นจะถือเป็นของผู้วาด----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hiring a commission will be deemed that the employer has read and accepted the details below.

-If the payment is overdue, it will be fined 100 baht per day. If the payment is not paid after the original payment is due within 10 days, the name will be blacklisted and the work will be owned by the artist.
